Building Your Own Subwoofer

[NcHalfrican]

I have recently been looking into building subwoofers, but know very little about what goes into it. Could someone help me out with a general guide and/or some tips on how to get started?

Bump?

There's a youtube video about it. In fact isn't it stickied in this very forum?

Jesus, it is too.

Sorry to be so blunt but if you can't find a stickied thread at the top of a forum called "How a sub is built" how do you expect to find all the difficult to source parts you need to build subs with o___O

I found the stickied thread, but it showed how companies produced woofers...i was looking for some tips or something to help me get started for a build at home...im assuming its slightly different, as far as obtaining parts and assembly(to an extent)
