Unclipped signal, yes. They are a bit underrated for their thermal power handling from my knowledge.

I've seen people run stock BLs off 2k rms, but I wouldn't really recomend it unless it was fully loaded.

I'd give one about 1600 watts clean power nothing more for daily bump for longer than 30 secs

I was feeding mine 1500wrms++ and never got smelly ever... I would not put 2kwrms on one though...
