Sound Dampening - How Many Sq Ft Needed

Well I got everything pulled out of the Mountaineer so it can go to the shop and get fixed. Now when it gets back I am going to do some sound dampening before I put everything back in. What I would like to know is how many sq ft of dampening do I need to buy to cover the whole inside of my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer. Roof, Floor, Hatch and all doors?

I also got some more 1/0 wire 30ft coming with more ANL fusing to be done. Also got a bunch of 10ga wire for wiring up the subs 25ft of Black and 25ft of Red.
