about to purchase an 04 tahoe....but have seen some reports that this year is notorious for issues with coolant either running hot, or exiting through the engine/exhaust.

anyone else had this problem??

if not...lemme know, thats cool too. :D

My best friend has an 03 Yukon (Basically the same) and hasn't had this problem. Any particular engine this is supposed to happen to?

1998 Plymouth Voyager (daily)

Jensen VM9213 H.U. (I Know but I havent had any problems.... yet)

5.25" Factory -> Sound Stream SST5.2

6x9 Hifonics ZXi 693 -> Sound Stream SST6.9

Amp: Class D: Crescendo 3KWP (x2)

Class A/B: Crescendo 1000C4

Sub: Almani S-7 10" (x6)

1. its a LM7 not a LS1 2.Before you buy it check the tags on the heads and check the numbers compaired to the bad heads you may end up replacing the heads before too long. I'd buy it but I'd be ready to replace the heads and get the block machined if it does go south on you.
