MileSwimmer4444 Posted March 9, 2010 Report Share Posted March 9, 2010 (edited) about to purchase an 04 tahoe....but have seen some reports that this year is notorious for issues with coolant either running hot, or exiting through the engine/exhaust. anyone else had this problem?? if not...lemme know, thats cool too. blackrosetiger Posted March 9, 2010 Report Share Posted March 9, 2010 (edited) 1. its a LM7 not a LS1 2.Before you buy it check the tags on the heads and check the numbers compaired to the bad heads you may end up replacing the heads before too long.
