OrenB217 Posted March 10, 2010 Report Share Posted March 10, 2010 Hey everyone, so if you followed my topic on one out of 2 of my hdc3's making a popping sound, it was because the glue on the spider was coming off. I sent the sub back to AQ about 1.5 weeks ago, they got it in hands mid last week, benched the sub earlier this week and told me what was up and said it was covered under warranty. The sub is going to be repaired in 3-5 business days and hopefully ill have it in hands late next week. I just wanted to thank AQ and Jay for the excellent customer service.
