its a racial comment...i think it would be funnier if it made the statement towards a certain individual..so instead of a race just a person like a friend or someone you dont like..not something racist...Ive seen people make racist remarks in person and I always love to see the ass beating that follows...people just love to display their unintelligence

I don't know why this is such a big shock to everyone. It's a worldly issue that's been played out thousands of times, with many different races/religions. Sure, it's wrong,but racism isn't going anywhere. For those who are truly offended, I'm sorry; but your not going to get around the situation anytime soon. Better start learning to numb your senses to this type of crap. No point dwelling on what others say. Life's way to short to be worrying about what people with an ignorant ideology think. If they are truly set in their thinking, they aren't going to change. The color of the skin doesn't make the person, a lot of people just have a hard time realizing it...Just be the best person you can in life.

I don't know why you deleted that but....here's one explanation of how it might not be a racist remark...

Maybe it was Jack Bauer and he was trying to prevent an attack...the only info he had was that it was going to be on a black person in that WalMart.
