Thats what I was thinking, I was thinking about just doing a single 2512 on my Audiopipe 15001D. I can get the full 3000 Watts max out of it. Those DDs are rated for 3000 Max so its perfect for a quick burp or two. If I did two I would have to get another one, just because . fecupe2001 Posted November 5, 2011 Report Share Posted November 5, 2011 I used a Soundigital 8000.1 for my 4 2512´s for a few months and they took it like champs, i can asure you this, that sub would laugh the power coming from that AP1500.1 unless you build a very efficient box; The box i used for the pair of subs was 5.6 cubic feet and 3 6" aeroports with a 39 hz tuning, did a 148.7 with a m1b and 149.3 with a AB vfl 120.1 without ANY work inside the box, so yeah, those subs can get loud as hell using small power if you have the room to fit the box I´m the SPL Gains topic creator!! wanna get louder?? check this: SPL Gains. Right in the middle. Ill build an armrest somewhere on there haha. I have plenty of room to fit the box. I can make it 14" wide, however tall I need to, and a good 38" long. I have room for it. I am looking at getting the XS Power D1200 for my battery.
