Trippi Posted April 4, 2011 Author Report Posted April 4, 2011 stay with the Rf's.... the cps are the same exact footprint from what I heard so they will mount exactly the same... okayyy you might wanna try CP's - it will be a whole new system and the footprint is EXACTLY the same - okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy From just seeing the difference in Meade's videos and how happy he was about switching, I think you should definitely get the CPs. (they look the same too, so the wifey won't know you bought new equipment, lol) such wise words... trippi: i would be less concerned about getting more power over all and get the power where it counts.....with the CP's your amps will barely if at all, be affected by box rise. Im not even a salesman, not trying to be, but if i had any advice it would be to give the CP's a shot. They released those amps about 4 months after i got mine and thats why it took me that long to switch out.....my shit was still new and i didnt want to mess with it. Now the amps that you and i have (i had) are discontinued....for a reason. BDCP>BD all day Well yall wore me down...I'm gonna make the switch to the CPs. It does make the most sense plus I don't wanna mess up the amp rack. I'm gonna replace the 1000s too beacuse the new ones put out 250x4 at 4 & 2 ohms which will work out better for my setup.
