Tips on strengthening doors

So I'm having problems with the window guides, lock actuators, and window motors. The fuckers keep cracking or having power loss. I've had to reseat wires, remove the lock actuators, tighten all the bolts over and over, and shim the guides so they wouldn't move as much. God forbid I play with the windows part the way down... The interior steel itself flexes like 3", but it has no bracing. I don't even play it consistently. Mainly demos or testing and this shit is happening. It's killing the doors and killing my numbers.

I don't want to break any bassrace rules, but I need to make these stronger. Having the door panels on does little for the flex and I can't dampen them until I make them strong.

Any tips on some things others have done? Welding, bracing, etc?

EDIT: The flex got significantly worse when I removed the stock door handle mounts. Something could be welded in its place if it's legal.

Have you tried dampening the doors or have you had deadener on them? I'd imagine it would reflect and/or dampen most of the vibration thats breaking your internals.

Well the inside of each door is coated with Dynamat. The "exterior" of the door won't be covered until it's strengthened and the crossovers are all put in. So right now I need to rely on braces.

I won't be playing for a couple weeks since the engine is apart so I have time to do whatever. My main concern is breaking rules as they don't say anything about strengthening/welding/etc.
