sean 371 Posted July 1, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 1, 2007 man thanks A LOT guys...I made a big push and got my amp rack cut, covered, wired, and installed all in a couple short hours. Still got some more tidying up to do but I got it to where the one kick pod was wired up, and its already a world of difference! Even tho they speakers are so low, somehow it elevated the soundstage! Although I need some more time spent listening to it, I'm in love with both the Focal components and the concept of kickpods... They sound AMAZING! very punchy midbass, especially for only 5.25" I can't wait to get my set of 6.5s in. Pics: Then I made my own durablock out of a motocross bar pad... sanded/primed/painted: (sorry bout the blurry pics.) All done!! Please let me know what you think! EricR Posted September 23, 2007 Report Share Posted September 23, 2007 fuckin nice bro.....i need to start foolin around with some glass so i can do some custom shit to my ride i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
