bassl0va Posted April 4, 2010 Author Report Posted April 4, 2010 im replying to the quote on the bottome about the subs draining the batt....i just sold my pioneer ts-w3002d2 12"s last night and i did have alot of drainage but im pretty sure it was my amps doin the draining (2 hifonics brutusbxi1608ds,factory moonsoon amp and a jenson 400)but the sub def pound and it seem like when i turned 1 amp off it was almost as loud as both subs ....so id say 1 of these subs will do the job for really nice bass(not spl )but like i said i dont see the subs drainin the batt...(but i may not know what im talkin about...wtf?...lol)any way good luck with the trade! Yeah, like you say it's the amp that drains the battery, unless you have the car running, a decent alternator or another battery. Yeah, they are nice subs, but he seems to make them out as SPL monsters ("...not for the faint hearted..."), lol. Your definitely correct oh BTW it's not my trade, or did I read that wrong? Port noise FTL He found a enclosure calculator and tuned it to 10hz cause he thought it would be louder. Then went to a shop that has no knowledge of boxes and had it built. Why just the other day I saw some guy hitting a 162.8 with 2! RE fan fo life! Wouldn't it would be so awesome if everyone could just blast their systems and not get a ticket?
