audiofanaticz
Look inro the pioneer flat piston woofers. We always used them a lot at the shop and had great results. 400wrms, 1500wrms peak (not that peak matters, but they have one of the higher peak rating out of all the other flat piston subs) they are optimized for sealed box, as most flat pistons are. only come in single 4ohm coils. but for $109 the price is decent! http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_18212_Pioneer+TS-SW3001S4.html Otherwise jump down to their slightly cheaper models and you have the options of running either a single 2 ohm or single 4 ohm. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_16662_Pioneer+Premier+TS-SW1201S4.html http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_18559_Pioneer+Premier+TS-SW1201S2.html Otherwise, these koles look kind of promising too, but it is a lower quality manufacture. But still might be fun to try and mess with. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_7360_Kole+Audio+MFW-12.html I know Kicker, and MTX also have a few shallow mounts with either single 2 or single 4 ohm. RF also has a P3 Shallow mount with dual 2 or dual 4 coils. But Personally I think Pioneer will be one of the better woofers!! audiofanaticz
also ascendant audio has the Assassins that is only a 6 inch depth for the 12s, and smaller for 10s and 8s. or their Arsenal series has a 6.5 inch mounting depth for 10s Fi ib3s 10s are 6.5 mouting depth. Fi SSd 10s are a 6 inch depth or the ssd 12s are 6.5 fi q 10 is 6.5. DD 2510 6.5 dd 1510 thinmount 5 or the normal dd1510 is 6.06 dd1508s are 5.25 (these woofers get down for how cheap they are priced. we did an install with a pair in a explorer and metered at a 147.8db from a pair of 8s at 37hz). 3 or 4 1508s, 1510s would get pretty dam loud, and have no problem taking a solid 800wrms in proper ported box!
