JZeFF Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 Dad told me today they are getting a divorce.. I knew it was coming eventually... cuz i know they are both unhappy. I have a 10 year old sister, they wanted to wait till she was older, so i always expected that to be the case... Not happening... My mom wrote my dad a letter saying hes a good husband and a good father, but shes not happy... blah blah blah. Dad told me about it, told me not to make any house plans for the next year, cuz the house might be gone... Summer breaks coming up from college, i was excited... cant really say that anymore. FML... I can't say I know what you are going through since my parents got a divorced when I was only like 2 years old, never met my real dad either, just seen pictures. But damn, it upset the stomach more than i ever imagined it would... Bout to order myself 2 kinetic 1800's that ive been wanting to temporarily mask the pain, haha. cmamtower Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 parents got divorced when i was about 10, sister was 6 or so. neither of us knew quite what was going on. i finally realized what all happened and that they werent getting back together when i was about 12. after that point things kinda went downhill and then back up and down like a rollercoasted until a few years back when i was 15 or so, after the divorce my dad was kinda a bitch about everything and didnt want me and my sister to be around my mom alot for whatever reason. then once i turned 15 i was out of the house more and more of my own person instead of what he wanted (kinda a control freak) then my mom got remarried 2 years back and everythings been great for us all. my sister is still weird as hell though, but thats just her lol it'll all be good for everyone. hell, my mom and dad still talk and stuff, they dont talk shit on each other and everythings all fine and dandy, it may not seem that way now or in a few months, but after a while when things start to level out, its all good my ninja apparently you dont get the fact that the subaru was wrapped around a pole. and by the status of your comment, im guessing your mouth is too.
