ok so heres the thing. i'm looking at building my first box in my 05 ford explorer. i want to put 2 18 RE sx's in there. i really have no idea what i'm doing just that i pretty much have all the room i need. i just would like to hear any tips that you guys have that might make this a little bit easier for me. thanks for all your help.

JK. Anyway go to the subwoofer/enclosure section and download exposports calculator. You need like 12-16 in^2 of port area for every cubic foot. Just look at the recommended volume and then base your stuff off of that. When converting from cu inch to cu foot and back the conversion is 1728 (12*12*12) cu inch is 1 cu foot. Hope this helps.
