This works for till i get the blown amp fixed] Alpine 4ch salvaged from blazer (currently near death)9887 peerless 7s in the doors and CDT tweeters ran active no speakers in the rearKintik HC1400 under the hood.metered once a while ago, dont remember it...was piss poor compared to the blazer, mid 130s i think....looking to replace subs and amp when i have money. It will always be drawing power. Like my amp has a 3A idle draw, which means it draws three amps just being turned on. Havent put the DMM on it yet but im guessing that means 5 volt. Wondering what these wires could be. To the suggestion of the switch. unique316 Posted April 16, 2010 Report Share Posted April 16, 2010 9 out of 10 times if you cant find a acessory wire its because the vehicle uses the data bus cable for the acessory. I am not 100% sure if it does but I am leaning that it does, just because most newer vehicles do. There is a easy way to determine this if your door chime runs through the door speakers then theres the problem. I am going to tell you this through experience if you have a data bus wire and say fuck it and pull a acessory lead from some where else you are going to FUCK youre car up. The pcm constantly communicates with the radio and if you go ripping shit out and rigging the wires you will eventually burn up the pcm so I highly recomend you find a vehicle specific harness for this, it may be a bit difficult cause its a 2010.
