Twigz Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 Sup, I entered my 1st comp and nobody showed up got a free reading and hit 138.4 I used a Bass Cd, but does anyone have any particular artists who have heavy bass on their cd's? I've heard of Bass Mekanics, Chemical Brothers, ect but what's the best? I've seen videos of people just doing cycles, or hertz, or straight Rap Bass, could some one fill me in? Fear The Quack! andym85 Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 if ur just burping then you just use test tones (what u referred to as hertz and cycles). u should first do a sweep from like 20-80hz or like from 30-60hz to see where u peak (at a low volume). then when u find your peak frequency, that will be the frequency u burp at. if you are doing something like bassrace or where there is actual music involved...then that is A LOT more trial and error... i likes me some audio stuff... A couple rappers with bass would be Lil Jon, Dem Franchize Boyz, Young Jeezy, 3 6 Mafia, Lil Wayne, TI, Young Joc, Young Dro, Gucci Mayne, Lil Boosie, Jibbs, those are just a few.
