Here where I live in north Bama there are plenty of car clubs. Problem is most of them are antique car clubs, and there are zero audio clubs that I can find. I was wondering if there might be any members here that were from the area? I believe if I could get one started I would have NO problem in getting it to grow. Everybody and their grandmother has beat around here, just no one joins together in the interest of the hobby.

WOW!!! I figured I was the only one from Alabama that knew about this site. I live in Altoona, about and hour and a half from Birmingham or Huntsville.

We need to get something going

I have zero as well...I have the h/o alt installed and the Big 3 and I have bought my highs and mids but I am still saving for everything else...I am buying it all before I install it... so no beat actually in the car yet, but I still would like to be able to help install/hang out with people who are into what I am into.

Well I know people who own companies that would be willing to help put on shows but there really would need to be a presence and some organization before hand. Where I am from I am known for throwing together large "productions" My cousin and myself throw a huge party every year known as Farm Fest and I could also include a show, but we can not do it this year because my cousin had a bad wreck and without his help with the money and setup it is impossible, so maybe next year. You should check it out sometime here is some of the pictures from mud wrestling wet t shirt contest and other stuff http://farmfest.ning.com/

Yep, I'm from Alabama as well(go to Miss. State) but yall are still pretty far away from me. Aaron (Destram) lives pretty close to me so we meet up every now and then. Huntsville is a pretty long drive, but if there is enough people i wouldn't mind doing something every now and then.
