I needed to make a couple of little rings...to go around the mounting screws///

so I piggybacked a couple of hole saw blades...

made another mold ...for the console..

wrapped the very front section of the dash....and glassed it..

I used a couple of washers....to pull the fabric,down to the screw hole....and the washers are glassed into the dash..

would have worked great......but,,,,when everything was secured to the main structure of the dash...the dash wont come out....because its tight up against the console... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif

with this "sleeve" over the end of the console...the dash should be able to slide back about 4"
