So I need to lose like 75 lbs I'm about 280 right now (yeah I know lol), signed up for nutrisystem the other day I start on Monday.. has anyone tried it? Its a little pricey at 315 a month but imo its worth it.

The all the food that you can eat?

dude just go old fashinoned and excersise and get on a good diet nothing better then taht

That's why they don't deliver.

Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait.

You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start :D

I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.

I hit the gym 3 days a week I was 345 lbs at my highest lost 65 lbs last year to get where I am now I was eating chicken breast and salad all day every damn day with a little brown rice mixed in here and there... I have heard mixed reviews of nutrisystem. My best buddy lost 50 lbs in about 3 months on it, grant it he's loading trucks at ups. The reason id thought id try it out was for the variety of it. I am working 6 days a week and don't have much time to cook. The good thing is I'm not in a contract so if it sucks so be it.

Nutrisystem waste of money bro! if your going to go that route, just go to to walmart and get healthy choice meals... same idea, far less in month cost.

check out p90x.com get this... trust me follow the program, bust your ass and don't cheat yourself. I wouldn't be shocked if you lost 50 pounds in 90 days! I only wanted to lose 15 pounds and up my core strength for a police academy physical test.... in 30 days barely on the diet program just working out with the program, I lost 15 pounds! by the 5 weeks, I had to double up meals because I was getting too skinny. I stop the diet program after 8 weeks and just ate somewhat healthy and at the end of the 90 days I had lost 17 pounds of actual weight, but look like I added 15 more in muscle... was dope... the program is hard so it's something you have to go balls out and do your very best every day to get the results.

hope that helps,
