Chris's Avalanche is to much for me to compete with in M5. I would have to step up to another level to even think about going against that thing. Ric Thornton Posted May 3, 2010 Report Share Posted May 3, 2010 fuse within 18" of the amplifier... go with the smallest fuse you can. the idea is to make the run without blowing the fuse... but most don't . haha it's harder to get a higher score with small fuses... example: matt's eclipse does a 149.3 with no fusing at the headrest... but with a 40amp fuse you see he does 146.4-147dB but that is a good enough score for him to take that class. i suggest trying diff fuse ratings. test a min of 3 times with each fuse rating... and find out which class that will put you in... go for the best you can do. congrats to all the winners... wasn't the big turnout that we had hoped for... lot of chicken poop from the local shops talkin trash, but can't even come back it up... what a bunch of losers.
