Bejus
Oh, I got some more questions for you... First off, what wires will I need to wire up the whole system? Second off, will I need some extra batteries? And third off, should I use condensators? Honda Civic EJ2 Stock Audio System! And it does(n't) kick ass! Second off, will I need some extra batteries? And third off, should I use condensators? With that amp you will not need an extra battery. When you start going to higher output amps for the subs you may want another battery. As for wires, an 8 gauge amp install kit would be great, so long as it has some good speaker wire with is. I have seen some amp kits with as much as 100ft of speaker wire, this would be ideal for you if you want to re run the little speakers. i resolve to be a nicer moderator. Tercel build R.I.P. Bejus
so basically I'll need something like this? I'd guess 1 kit per amp? Honda Civic EJ2 Stock Audio System! And it does(n't) kick ass!
Bejus
So, I went over the parts I thought about using... Then something came to my mind! The R150-2 I wanted to use for the sub(s) just pushes 150watts if its used bridged... If I'd add another R1S412 I'd have to get another amp just for the 2nd sub... can't i just get like 2 times the R300-4 and use 1 for the front+back systems and one as a dualamp for the two sub? The R300-4s push like 2times 150watts@4ohms bridged Honda Civic EJ2 Stock Audio System! And it does(n't) kick ass!

If i were you (running multiple amps) i would do a run of 0 gauge knu wire and get a distribution block. i resolve to be a nicer moderator. Tercel build R.I.P. I think when I got the ride, ill go to a local dealer and talk to him, just to check out what he tries to sell me... i bet he has a good overview 'bout the stuff thats available over here Honda Civic EJ2 Stock Audio System! Bejus
Double post time again! First off, I've changed the Woofer(s) to the Rockford Fosgate P1S412. I've thought 'bout the subwoofer boxes a bit and came to an easy resolution. I'm going to use 18mm (3/4") MDF for the box + another sheet of 3/4" on the front, so the woofers sit nice and flush. This is how the boxes shall look: There is no extra sheet of mdf on the frontside in these pictures + the measurments are not completly finished, cuz i gotta check some of them when i got the ride. The volume of the boxes is pretty exactly 50L (~1,765feet³)(per box). The boxes should stand right behind the backseats with the sub agains the back of the seats. so, what are your thoughts about this? Honda Civic EJ2 Stock Audio System! And it does(n't) kick ass! I only go to my shop when I need a place to work on my ride, or to buy ring connectors or fuses. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
