subsonic setting on amp

I don't believe in subsonic filters, I like massive below tuning excursion!!! But yeah, about 10-12hertz below tuning is what I usually do for others, I can recognize when a sub is getting close to bottoming out.

not to mention that 1/2 the people arent even tuned to what they think they are

mine is all the way down... because i know every note i play

How do you even calculate a close estimate on box/port tuning?

I have mine set at about 25.. and it works out nicely..

god dammit alot of misinformation here. to find your box tuning, play test tones and whichever one moves your woofer the least, thats your box tuning. set your subsonic to that.
