sean 371
looks bad ass. what did you use to adhere the mold to the front mdf? thats one reason why i never finished my fiberglass project. When I pulled the mold out it was still pretty flexible, so I had it back in the truck, and I hotglued the wood down to the mold so I could pull it out. Then I put some screws through the glass into the wood. Then I glassed the inside. I still have to trim the front of the mold so that I can glass the outside gap. And thanks a lot for the compliments guys. I go down for knee surgery tomorrow morning, so this is on hold for about a week. All of the bikes are for sale too btw, just in case anyones interested. sean 371
Thanks guys, the swelling FINALLY started going down yesterday, and they took out the stitches today. I had a pretty serious tear in my meniscus, and they had to go in (arthroscopic) and shave off the torn part so it wouldnt keep tearing. I put some glass on the passenger side and fiberglassed the joints between MDF and glass on the drivers side. I'll be finishing this tomorrow, hopefully with pics.
