audiofanaticz
I think he only made a handful of boxes when he was doing it, then it got real quiet for about a year or so. However, he has his new shop now, and just picked up a awesome Milwaukee panel saw, so I think he may make some more again!
CaptainzPlanetz
IDK if he is doing it still but if he is, it would probably be cheaper to drive your ride out there, than to get a box shipped, plus you would probably be able to get some demo's. melonhead
He said he might start making them since he has the shop now. I know if he does start making them, I'll be right there to get one since I'm local. I need to get bigger sub amp and bigger subs and then I'll look into getting a box made for them. UnderLoK
For a 100 pound small package not the size of a box, it costs from about 412 to 550 dollars to ship, now add in the size of the box and that will tack on an extra 200 dollars, and you need two so that is around 1500 dollars in shipping costs alone. Depending on if the shipper has an account it should be nowhere near that. Here are a couple totally random examples using my old account (Detroit to San Jose): 120lbs 45x30x22 FedEx First Overnight® 8:00 AM Mon Apr 26,2010 863.43 FedEx Priority Overnight® 10:30 AM Mon Apr 26,2010 298.84 FedEx Standard Overnight® 3:00 PM Mon Apr 26,2010 289.02 FedEx 2Day® 4:30 PM Tue Apr 27,2010 267.67 FedEx Express Saver® 4:30 PM Wed Apr 28,2010 221.63 100lbs 24x24x24 FedEx First Overnight® 8:00 AM Mon Apr 26,2010 637.62 FedEx Priority Overnight® 10:30 AM Mon Apr 26,2010 196.42 FedEx Standard Overnight® 3:00 PM Mon Apr 26,2010 188.72 FedEx 2Day® 4:30 PM Tue Apr 27,2010 171.97 FedEx Express Saver® 4:30 PM Wed Apr 28,2010 135.87 Greyhound is another option, for the same package (their weight limit is 100lbs) shown directly above it's $85. I never knew about Greyhound shipping until I started getting parts for my 61 DeVille from Phoenix.
