96saturnsl Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 Well sad to say it but my 96' saturn sl died. the clutch blew apart and killed the fly wheel and a whole bunch of other stuff....so i bought a 1995 dodge intrepid. it was my uncles. anyways....im not sure how many amps the alt puts out and i have a shitty amp that my friend gave me for 20 bucks. and i need to know if this amp will be fine with the alt or do i need a higher power alt?. and if i do need one where can i get one and for cheap. plus how many amp alt?. the amp is a pyramid 2600 watt amp. heres a link to one like mine. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-PYRAMID...1QQcmdZViewItem ^^^^ thats the shitty amp i have^^^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

96saturnsl Posted July 2, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 yea...but i need to find a way tha wont kill the alternator and is cheap. cuz eventually the alternator is gonna go. and my cars dead so my dad said i cant put a system back in my car untill i get a way that makes the alternator last for a while. perferably a couple years at least.
