BeAlLsTaR13 Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 Well last week I had bought a pair of comps off a member from a different site, on receiving them one of the mids' motors was locked up and didn't move so the seller opened a shipping claim with fedex my question is fedex picked up the package on Tuesday, is there anyway to view the status of the claim and what's going on with it? You must have permission from the shipper in order to go through with the claim. Thats why I never got my money back for my BTL's. He said he would fax them a letter then I never heard anything else from him. You should have a letter from the shipper saying you have their permission to go through with the claim. Hell I even had pictures of where the package was dropped in the driveway and still didnt get my money. I got a letter from fedex saying I could continue with the claim when a letter is faxed or mailed to them by the shipper saying I had his permission to go through with the claim.
