jake1993 Posted May 1, 2010 Report Share Posted May 1, 2010 ok today i put a cd in and i pulled up itunes and made a playlist and hit burn ... it starts to burn and then it says canceling and then it pops up a box and says "unknown error 4000" what can i do to fix this so i can burn cds? Misk Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 id try a full remove and reinstall.if you have more than one disc drive go to edit preferences and make sure the drive your using is the one selected.other than that try using another burning program to see if you drive is trashed. What brand and type of disc are you using?Have you tried a different speed?
