Im not trying to rain on your parade Im just saying good luck getting a good number of reviews on the 600. Of course there will be major feedback on the dcs so the opinions on those would be more backed up. Just go with them if you want a seafe bet u know their customer service is top knotch. And they level 3s ive heard sounded good. edit: here comes ed. he'll have a review of them lolol thats what I am looking for thank you and hence why I posted because I want to see if anyone has heard/seen/owned a t600 to compare I know its rare but damn this is a huge forum someone must have one within the couple months they've been shipping Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
HHR Ed Posted May 10, 2010 Report Posted May 10, 2010 The T-600 is the newer version of the older TS series. So if you get people with feedback on the TS, that is comparable. just a fyi, the TS was used in John Marsh's Eclipse to win 3 SQ world Titles. The T600 is build to take a bit more abuse though and we replaced the aluminum cone with a poly/paper cone because the aluminum has a slight ring to it. And we upgraded the spider to allow for more travel. Put one in a customers car down at a shop in Georgia. It was a prefab sealed box but it sounded good and nice smooth response at low frequencies. Customer said it was an improvement over his Rockford woofer he had in there. I dont know what series it was though. I have been wanting to test them in a street stock setup because they have alot of potential. The T-600s have actually been the most popular seller through distributors and retailers. So not alot of those customers get on the forums. I remember reading somewhere (possibly CACO) about the first line of the lower end woofers selling out quick I want to do 6 15's on 3 AQ1200's and my goal as far as how it sounds, I want to smash C&S because with my 18 I was never really able to play below 30hz clean I know both woofers Fs are fairly low which from what I've read also means SQ with 6 t600's what kind of box would you recommend? how many cubes per sub?
