95 BLazer sittin on 20's with some sound

Recommended Posts

I think when you finally crest the nube hill and become serious about audio, that's when you put the neighborhood W7s to shame with a not-so-big setup. I crushed two 12W7s with my 12" Solo X, on a Saturday during Great Sounds open house. It was busy as fuk and this cobalt was their prized vehicle. My shitty car ended up getting all the attention for several hours when all I came for was an emergency couple feet of 1/0 and a fuse block. Ah the memories...

Anyway, looking back its not really that impressive to outplay W7s but when your leaving nube status that shit boosts your pride like no other. I think you need to meet up with these guys just to have them help you get over the nube hill. I can see your seriously into audio, but your knowledge and skill aren't up to par at all. If anyone can help you realize and help you out its these guys. Lots of potential in equipment there for a decent setup. Good luck to you, I'm expecting a new build log up here pretty soon.

Thanks and i will as soon as I get things in order. Summer is coming up and Im almost ready to finish what I started. I would love to meet up with some of you guys to see what you have and go from there. Like I said Im here just to get some ideas and maybe build of of them. I really dont care if I have the loudest system but I do care about having a clean and clear system that bumps loud. if anyone has any suggestions let me know.

I have built 2 Blazer and about to build a 3rd when my boys money shows up. I have lots of experience and tricks for making them very nice. I have lots of pics if you want some.

lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz.

Flush mount amp racks are CUSTOM built. I can def. do that for you, come buy and get a quote and we can go from there. It will be cheaper and a better install than BestBuy but you will most likely have to buy all new wire and shit so we can start over. You get a warranty with our labor.

I have another amp a 1000/d PPI and a T-4 SoundStream 15 sub, I might just switch over to that system and run 4 6x9s some where in the back and see how that works

If you use GOOD 6.5's you wont need any 6x9's.

Sounds like a plan, I'll see whats going on here in a few weeks and get back to ya on that. Oh by the way watch the news and if you hear about a dude getting shot at a bar called terris lounge, that was right next door to me. I didnt see it go down but I seen the after math, it was fucked up!!

I already have 2 6.5s in the front doors (soundstream) and 2 4x6's in the dash (MA audio) and I have 4 cerwin Vega 6x9's that I need to do something with.
