i only had the DC's in the truck for about a month before i had to pull it all out and in that time these things but a hurting

on the roof,,,

it buckled and split the brace on the right side, these things are roof killers...

Just add more bracing ,reinforce and dampner. The skin is still fine so its an eazy fix.

I was going to do a custom grill on the diesel but when i put in the stock grill I think it looks pretty good...

Started getting the roof braced up and deadened...

First we filled up the the empty spots in the brace..

Then added bracing. There 10 gage steel strips. Bonded them using panel adhesive, there under a lot of tension

so there holding the roof solid.

Did one layer of deadener. Theres going to be a total of two layers.
