I believe it is unibody. However I did sand down that point there to bare metal before connecting it but I'll find another place.

You could be getting ground noise through the RCA's due to all that messy wiring. Your ground needs to be to BARE metal. Use a self tapper and go DIRECTLY to the floor pan.

lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz.

try to see if you have power wire issues, over engine block, close to any engine electronix. stuff like that. power wire around rca's. could be countless of things. try cleaning up your wiring and straighten everything up.

Well all the RCAs are away from the power wire, however the power wire does run next to my fuse and relay box, could that interfere with it? I'm also just gonna throw this out there. I did not wire the front speakers manually. The amp is feeding power to the front speakers from the back speaker wires that come with the stock speakers. They meet up in the wire harness, where the rear and front speaker wires are connected. Could this be affecting it at all?

I hate to just diss your setup man, but i had the same wiring and i just need to say that it is all crap. Sosche wiring right? I had that sosche 6 gauge stuff and its just no good, rcas and power wire are bad tons and tons of resistance in the power wire and now that i have switched to Rockford stuff i have no whine and i have tons more power.

It's fine man, I'm here to learn lol. Most of the wire was donor from a friend.

@kdicetharappa

What gauge should I use and do you know the average cost per foot or yard for that gauge. And do you know if I can online get this online or if there are vendors near by.

If you are lucky you may still be able to get some rockford fosgate stuff from best buy on clearance. I got an amp kit of 4 gauge for 22 bucks and rca cables for 8 bucks a piece 16 ft each.

Everyone is free to correct me but as far as i know wire pricing looks like this

8 gauge- $0.50 to $1.12

4 gauge- $1.00 to $2.50

0 guage- $2.50 to $4.00

These are absolute lowest to pretty bad rip off.

Rumor has it best buy is dropping RF and picking up Kicker so they are trying to get rid of their stock. Jump on that tomorrow if possible.

Sounds like a great deal, hopefully my local Best Buy has something left.
