It's my first box build. My friends say it's the cleanest system they have heard when it comes to the bass and the notes hitting right on. I like it for my first box. I will be spending more time on the design and math next box I make. It may be as soon as this weekend we will see though. Umm the port goes 10.7" deep back and then I think 7.5" into the box and it's about 12.5 tall. I'm not 100% sure I'd have to go back and look. It's alot louder then that sealed pre-fab piece of crap.
