From the people I've talked to who've used DAT, they all run different amps now because their DAT's were POS's. Lets not drag anyone through the mud, I'm just hoping i can get everything resolved. you get any news about it yet? hope you get everything squared away soon! I just got the amp in the mail earlier today... so I didn't expect a reply already. Like stated before, i just wanted to make sure i wasn't being irrational. I have emailed all the people i need to email and I'm sure I will get an answer as soon as they see my email. I'm sure the manufacturer wont want to check business emails after 5pm on Friday. I will keep everyone posted on the outcome! I have replied and I look forward to the pics I requested so we can get this resolved. As I stated to you when I made the sale, I was in a pinch on getting product in as we have stuff stuck in customs. So I made the call to do a direct order and send it directly to you. Obviously this has come to bite me in the ass and I will make it right. Please give me some time to reply as it is the weekend and I do have a family life. Bill Bill, In one of my previous posts i mentioned that I did not expect you to be checking business emails after 5pm on a Friday night, sorry. I also made it clear my intention was only to ensure that my opinion on the amp was a just one, and i was not thinking irrationally. I never stated any manufacturer names and i never intended to talk anyone down. I also stated that i was 100% sure that this issue was a one time deal/rare occurrence and would be resolved as soon as it was brought to your attention. I still have every intention of running all DAT amps and am positive i will be more than pleased with the outcome. I only asked the forum to see if i had enough of a reason to contact you. see looks like your in good hands bro. Wait it outtill Monday and see what you can have talked about. I knew i would be in good hands once i got a response. No one can expect any customer service from any company on a Friday night, and i figured the issue would be dealt with on Monday.
