AssKicker
I kind of got tired of how out of place my last box was, it just sort of sat there and really did not look like it was part of the car. So, I decided to make a new box that was flat but had more space and port than the old one did. How? Invert of course! Those sexy DC Motors need to be show off. Still need a new amp, DAT 2500, after I save up a little more money. Anyhow onto the pics: This is the car now and the current system: Current System is a DC Level 4 XL and a Hifonics 2010 amp. Onto the rebuild!

EricR
Should have just used the far side for a port like that. That's what I would have done, nice ass ride though. Quote i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? AssKicker
Should have just used the far side for a port like that. That's what I would have done, nice ass ride though. It would of been blocked in the car because the wheel wells. By moving it in like this, it will flow unrestricted. And it was pretty easy, I just used torres calulator and calculated with 2 sides as common walls and got 26 as the length. Use that and a bend, and bam I have it to where the sub will sit flush on the left with the port on the right. Amp will be mounted on top in a custom amp rack whenever I get my new one.
