Hmmm can't say I agree with how the sub is placed in the trunk as far as aesthetics goes. It looks cooler either inverted or facing the back of the trunk. And for box color, try to tie in the red body, that will really set it off.

Just wondering, when you set the gain above the rating of the amp, doesn't that cause clipping? Sorry just wondering, I want to try this out on my IA 20.1, bump it up to 2000 watts.

Use 0 guage wire for the amp and trim it down to fit in the 4 guage slots. Hifonics is retarded for giving that amp 4 guage terms. And maybe you should have got a level 4 with 5 coils.

Get a PSI recone or upgrade to an actual level 4. You will be much happier.

If it's a kicker then it'll do rated even more. Quality equipment always from kicker, just look at the 2500 which often actually gives out 2900 watts.

XL's can take clean 3k all day according to many, however clipping will rape it so be careful.

Yeah with 88 runs you risk current loss But always with the alt try for a DC 270XP, that's a one and done alt. Unless you go crazy that alt can brace some badass systems.

I definitely need a better amp, the box is 1.5 cubes tuned to 35 hertz. It moves crazy air, but I really do think the fact that I balled up 4 receipts had something to do with the movement of it. I'll make another video of it tomorrow playing put on because on that song it moves 2x as much air as anything else. But I assure you guys in person it feels a ton crazier and lots of flex is going on (also my rear view mirror is way stiffer than most standard cars due to the thick stem and 3 thick wires holding it in place solidly).

Actually quite the opposite happens in real life, that paper was balled up really tight so it wasn't moving that much. I have a ton of flex going on especially the head liner, but the camera was not picking it up. And the box was built so I could feed the DC some more power. But thanks for the comment! Need 40 ft of 1/0 total, looking for some tsunami, shok, KnuConceptz, stinger, kicker, or Fosgate wire. Need one section to be around 25 ft, and the others can be 5 ft or less. Also, need a solid 2000 watt amp. I want something name brand that will put out that or more, no crap please! Primarily interested in Sundown, Audioque, and Fosgate.

I use KnuConceptz Karma and have NO distortions. Plus these cable aren't too expensive...
