yeah he would be able to fit those no problem. amps on the front the box tho....and the measurement 36in deep is from top of back seat to right against the hatch. so if want room for the port to face the hatch you gotta subtract that amount you want it away from the tailgate, my port is towards the driver side corner so the box sits right against the tgate cant even fit your hand inbetween the gate and the box FML

port length seems pretty short and tuning freq pretty high... use the box tuning calc and try out some longer ports, if it's possible within your box

i'd go with a 10-15" port, that'll give you a tuning freq of 33-28.3hz.

around 30hz should be fine for daily driving.
