One bigger battery or two small?

i'm wondering whats better way to go

use one Hollywood SPV 70(70) or SPV 100(100ah)

or maybe 2 x SPV 35(35ah) or 45(ah)

they 'll go to the trunk, under the hood there's a stock 74ah battery

alt is 140amp max

i'm running 1600rms sub and 600rms mids/hights

big 3 done on 1/0g(whole wiring)

I think 2 small batteries with buss bars make one big battery, right? Wouldn't you just add most if the ratings for each battery

IMO, i would do one big battery in the back. batteries add a load of 10 amps on your alternator. so if you had 2 batteries, that would be a 20 amp load on your alt. 1 big battery would be 10 amp. i am fairly certain on this but not completely.
