I used a 3d cell maglite and cut right behind the area that has a grip cut into it. and used jb weld to hold the head on. I focus it with the top of the head that would normally be used to access the reflector. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. The internal part is the factory chassis. Not sure on the lumen output. Its the factory LED. Its rated for 6 volts BUT ive got that 9 volt runnin to it and it takes it all day.
