walwalka
Well, one of my infinity Kappa 62.9i blew today and I need to replace them soon. I have been weighting my option for something I can get fairly cheap and I have come up with the RF P1653 and the Kicker KS650 6.5 coaxial speakers. I found the RF's on ebay for 53 buck shipped, I can get the kickers through my work for 45 bucks. What would you guys do? Other options are welcomed also. 2010 Honda Civic LX / Deck: Kenwood DDX371 / Front Highs: Crescendo RTS-1 / Front Mids: Silver Flute 6.5's / 4 channel: DC Audio 90.4 / Sub: Fi 15in SP4v2 / Sub amp: Taramps HD 5000 / Power wire: Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 / Deadener: Audio Technix 60 mil / Batteries: XS Power D5100R / Rear bank: TBD / Alternator: Singer 240a hairpin
JayP
After hooking up my stock tweeters the other day it made a HUGE difference. I'm no audiophile by ANY means but the sound seemed better and "full"? With that being said, I'd get a component set on the cheap. Read good things about the Phoenix Gold 6.5's that sell for around $70.

After I'm done using them They are going to my moms trailblazer, all of the stock stuff is starting to going bad. 2010 Honda Civic LX / Deck: Kenwood DDX371 / Front Highs: Crescendo RTS-1 / Front Mids: Silver Flute 6.5's / 4 channel: DC Audio 90.4 / Sub: Fi 15in SP4v2 / Sub amp: Taramps HD 5000 / Power wire: Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 / Deadener: Audio Technix 60 mil / Batteries: XS Power D5100R / Rear bank: TBD / Alternator: Singer 240a hairpin
