Problem with the first box is not enough port area and uneven loading of the subs. Lowroll Posted June 12, 2010 Report Share Posted June 12, 2010 I compete meca & when I ran street I only used agu fuses. I'm in modified now and run anl's. I never had any issues with agu fuses. You definately want to tune higher than you are. I know where my truck is supposed to peak and I'm 1 hert higher than that & it seems to work but its my understanding that you need to aim for the 45-50hz range for spl and low 50's for drive by.
