sqsux Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 I just got told that 18's will barely pick up notes higher than 40hz, and that the whistle coming from the gap in the wood and my sub(because he cut the hole too big) is my sub bottoming out because its tuned to 25hz..... We're trying to make a comp port and he wants to make it 32hz, I said why not make it 40hz since you know, thats what my cabin peaks at.... but I guess since he's 37 and I'm 17 he's automatically right. edit: Port area doesn't matter for burps right?
