now534 Posted June 28, 2010 Author Report Posted June 28, 2010 My future build will be 2 12's off 2k rms i can't remember the exact setup i want but i know it was on 2k. this one might be about 600 rms for starting. not a bad start off though. I know the Subs are Kenwood Typhoons 4 ohms. threw the ohm meter on them and they read around 3.8-4.3 depending on how i make the contact and if i move around.

now534 Posted June 30, 2010 Author Report Posted June 30, 2010 Tried putting some Spray Foam around the edges to seal it a little better but it really didn't get into the corners like i thought. I like my Wood Glue method better for filling in imperfect spots.

So far to this date with my daily setup that is 2 15" Nightshade top secret modded woofers and a clamped 5200 watts I've put up a respectable 152.7 @ 43hz on the windshield sealed. The car also does a 155+ in the kick with the driver door open, and gets down on music too bassracing 152's all day long dropping into the high 12's voltage wise. If you have any questions send them over. It may take a while for an answer though since I'm a ghost here on the forum anymore. Keep up the good work, and don't get discouraged no matter what. now534 Posted July 4, 2010 Author Report Posted July 4, 2010 Box is mostly finished i just need to coat the whole outside of the box with some wood glue and paint it (my prefered method). Also don't hate on the Sony Amp its temporary and its free. I also picked up a Brand New Pioneer 3200UB the other day and i have fallen in love with there new line of radios. Hopefully purchasing 0awg this week sometime.
