01xtreme Posted July 23, 2007 Report Share Posted July 23, 2007 I have always found that drinking quite a bit of water before you go out drinking can help prevent or at least lessen your hangover. My boss told me to try this and it helped out alot. Dehydration is a big reason for hang over and the water, or gatorade will help to prevent that. If you already have one just buckle up and hang on because it is going to suck.
