RichardXTC
Cutting this in as one solid piece was kind of a bitch, lol yo man dam nice install!!! its awesome. but i just want to ask how do you cut that front board so perfectly to the cars curves... do you use a template? or wat pls answer cause i will be doing this soon. I made a template of one side using cardboard, then transfered that to the board. (flipping it over for the opposite side). This gave me a rough cutout, then i put the wood in the car and it took several times cutting and fitting, marking and cutting a little more to get it to fit on all sides perfectly. Takes awhile, but it works.I'm a tilesetter by trade, so cutting and fitting things like this is pretty easy for me, lol. Yea thats wat i have used for another piece of the car. thanks alot man. 2 X 15inch XTB subs1 X Solar Audio 5000dVids:<a href="http://"http://www.realmofexcursion.com/videos/XTC...dio/xtb15.1.wmv"" target="_blank">http://www.realmofexcursion.com/videos/XTC...xtb15.1.wmv</a><a href="http://"http://www.realmofexcursion.com/videos/XTC...dio/xtb15.2.wmv"" target="_blank">http://www.realmofexcursion.com/videos/XTC...xtb15.2.wmv</a>

subaru18
What did you use to help seal of the wall from any air getting through other than a tight ass one peice that fit perfectly?
wysiwyg
just stuffed around the box with polyfill. I made it as tight as possible. I did NOT want to fiberglass the box to the car, just in case i ever need to take it out or return to factory. It's not for competition, so it's sealed enough for me, lol oh yea, it's also double layerd 3/4" under the face board
