kingsuv
I've played drums for over 20 years now. I was in a band for about 4 years put out a few Cd's and I was in the Concord Blue Devil's for 2 seasons. I haven't played too much in the past couple of years, I smashed my thumb real bad a few years back and now it's hard for me to tie my shoes let alone hold a stick. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

My brothers had a Band in San Jose, Ca back in the late 70's that originally did the hit "The Planet Doesn't Mind", they sold the rights to the song in 1980 and the song was re-released in 81-82 by I think a Band called New Music. At the same time I was around 13-14 yrs old and played triples for the San Lorenzo Blue Angels and sat in with local East Bay bands such as Malo and the Escovedo Band listening and learning. I've played Latin Percussions since I was 12 learning (and still enjoy playing) Timbales. I took lessons From IMO one of the greatest Timbale players, Karl Perazzo and someday hope to pass my passion on to one of my kids.
