k3n12ock
I think it's the alt, that is dieing. Advanced autoparts can't test alternators correctly, look at Dominic's vids. Dominic? n8ball2013
after that move on down the line. It seems like you are getting loss on your power wire so find out why. pull the panels check for nicks or major chunks missing things like that. check the terminal on the amp. make sure nothing is keeping you from getting a solid connection etc. if you arent beating on it while you do this oyu shouldnt see any drop from front to back really. maybe a tenth or two. since you arent pulling major current then it should not need to be produced by your alt to recharge the battery THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger. dugee81
this doesnt make any sense. from the battery, the voltage starts at 14.8 and drops to 14.2. when you check the alternator, its putting out 13.2. the alternator generates the power and the 14.8 volts, so how is it so much lower from the alternator to the battery?? wouldnt it be the other way around? 200a alt. by Excessive Amperage hc800 under hood & 2 Deka 9a31 in rear 1/0awg + big 3 SAZ 3000D HDC3 18" @ 2 ohm

Im willing to bet after he starts the car and lets it run the battery will drop down to the same voltage as the alternator. k3n12ock
Before and after front fuse is .3 difference. Rear is the same 12.2 before and after fuse. I let my car stay on for about 10 minutes earlier and voltage at battery stayed up around 14.2 05 xB - (2) EVIL 18s - (2) BC3500s - NO WALL Channel 1: http://www.youtube.com/k3n12ock Channel 2: http://www.youtube.com/MrK3n12ock2
