As far as the rms honestly I think they can hold a clean 800w keep in mind, 800w at 20hz prolly not but the coil itself should be ok. Ive got 4 Fubars on a sundown 3000d and honestly, I bang on them hard... even on the lowest of lows I say Fuck it and keep it full tilt.

They see roughly 2600w and the enclosure is right at 8 cubes after port and displacement 37hz and they still slam a year later.

I had one 12 at 2ohm on the 3k sealed box with the gain at 60% and it didn't blow so.

Long story short 800w should be fine imo

i second the ap3000d. You may have to upgrade your electrical though, but it would be something you would want to do anyways.

I run my hifonics 06' at 1 ohm and it never gets "hot quick".+I live in florida

But yeah the 2010 hifonics brutus series is good..better heatsinks and cea certified

only the newer brutus is certified cea , im talking about the 09 brutus
