Coolwazabi
When my friends buick tries to climb a hill from a stopped state... it stalls ? why ? that is the only situation.. it can climb hills just fine if its already going... but if he's at a redlight and tries and go.. not a chance... it'll stall... thanks

lantusx
that could be alot of things mang >_o i would get some engine treatment that you add to the gas to clean out the engine maybe that would help.
str86diesel
^^^^ True statement. There could be a ton of different factors causing this to happen. We would need indepth details as to what is happening ^^^^ Quote 2k6 Dodge Ram 2500...CUMMINS POWERED - SOLD

We would need indepth details as to what is happening ^^^^ ok.. this is what i know... he puts treatment regularly since its older i guess "every oil change".. lucas gas treatment to be exact.. when he's in drive and has the break down... and releases the break and trys to accellerate... it sometimes fires back then stalls.. and sometimes just stalls... thats all i know.. i mean it has plenty of power so... idk and its only when its a steep hill... he can go up the hills by letting go of the break... and letting the idle get his up to speed a little.. then gas it...
