TLEJ
My old ground location wasn't cutting it. So I folded down my back seats, and found this ... Does this look suffienct for a ground.. (I assumed it was because of the stock speakers being grouned there. EDIT: I assume that's my stock speakers..

TLEJ
Why doesn't it have to be sanded for the stock speakers?.. Not necesarry because of the low wattage?
Guest
speakers cannot be grounded to frame or else you risk ruining the amplifier as far as i know. that is for something else. the amplifiers yes but speakers no. but x2 what slawsen said. TLEJ
Ah yes, that's what I meant. My car came stock with like a 100 watt amplifier that I believe is grounded there. (Same cable coming from the stock 100 watt amp.) It just goes through all these holes and loops, that's why I wasn't sure. But alright I'll sand down this spot and give it a try.
