My old ground location wasn't cutting it. So I folded down my back seats, and found this ...

Does this look suffienct for a ground.. (I assumed it was because of the stock speakers being grouned there.

EDIT: I assume that's my stock speakers..

Sand the paint and the coat on that bolt and on the terminal, then yes it is.

speakers cannot be grounded to frame or else you risk ruining the amplifier as far as i know. that is for something else. the amplifiers yes but speakers no.

Ah yes, that's what I meant. My car came stock with like a 100 watt amplifier that I believe is grounded there. (Same cable coming from the stock 100 watt amp.) It just goes through all these holes and loops, that's why I wasn't sure. But alright I'll sand down this spot and give it a try.
