Owners1 Posted August 5, 2010 Report Share Posted August 5, 2010 Before posting this, I really gave Murilo the benefit of the doubt that he would get my amp back to me. I sent in my SD8k nearly 5 months ago for a repair after a competition. Murilo assured me he would take care of it and get it send back to me ASAP. However, after 3 months I started wondering what was going on so I hopped on MSN where Murilo promptly told me he had shipped it out already. So I waited another 3 weeks. No amp. I asked him again for my amp and when I am going to receive it, and he said to me that it would be shipping the upcoming Wednesday. I have now waited another month and have tried to contact Murilo again and just get ignored. This is extremely bad business practice, especially for a sales representative of an audio company. I either want my amp back or my money back and I don't think that's too much to ask.
